SAIL & YOGA
Retreat
Türkiye & Greece
16.09. to 22.09.25
24.09. to 30.09.25
02.10 to 08.10.25

All-Inclusive*
Six nights in a cabin with a double bed and your own washroom.
Mediterranean meals (excluding alcoholic beverages) are included. Sometimes we'll grill on the sailboat and prepare delicious mezze, and other times we'll stop at one of the inviting Greek tavernas.
We'll lay out our mats at beautiful spots on the mainland and start the day with yoga. Meditation, breathwork, and a gentle Yin Yoga practice on the sailing ship round out the yoga program in the afternoon or evening.
The yoga practice usually consists of a combination of Hatha and Vinyasaflow Yoga.
We sail to various Dodecanese islands, such as Symi, Tilos, and Chalki, where we take time to explore picturesque island architecture and enjoy Greek cuisine. Stops at quiet, beautiful bays on the Greek islands or the Datca Peninsula invite you to swim, snorkel or paddleboard.
A holiday as a gift to yourself
For six days, we immerse ourselves in the water element. The wind stretches our sails, creating a pleasant breeze. After travel formalities at the port of Datça on the southwest coast of Turkey, our six-day sailing trip begins toward the Dodecanese Islands. We cross to the pretty island of Symi and from there continue to Chalki and Tilos. On each island, we take time to explore, linger in beautiful bays, and enjoy Greek cuisine and warm hospitality in tavernas, or soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere at a café. The healthy and balanced food on deck supports the regeneration process with detoxifying ingredients and drinks, in addition to the revitalizing yoga practice in the morning and calming meditation in the evening.
